GENERAL POLICIES

RESERVATIONS AND HOUSE RULES:

Each room’s existing bedding can accommodate a maximum of two adults (no extra bed available).

Check in from 14:00 to 19:00.

If the guest arrives after our standard check-in time, should inform the hotel at least 24 hours in advance so that the necessary check-in is organized.

Late Check-in (after 19:00) is subject to 15€ fee.

Check out – until 11:00.

Breakfast is served from 9:00-10:30.

 

KITCHEN

The PALÁCIO FENÍZIA has no kitchen service.
Breakfast is served from 9:00-10:30 (in the BREAKFAST ROOM). If the rate doesn’t include breakfast, an additional fee of 10 € per person is considered and must be booked in advance at check-in.

 

PARKING (near hotel)

Private parking is available but must be requested upon reservation and costs an additional 15€ per day. The Guest House is not responsible for any damage or theft of the vehicle during the parking period.

 

ANIMALS

Allowed upon request (depending on the size) with additional costs of 30€ per day.

 

CLEANING

Cleaning will be done on demand between 9:00 – 12:00.
The change of towels is performed every 2 days.
The Guest House provides laundry service: prices are available at the reception.

 

CANCELLATION RULES

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
After that period, it will be charged 100% of the total reservation.
No show will be charged the total accommodation amount.

Changes to original bookings are subject to availability but will incur no administration fee.

Also, the PALÁCIO FENIZIA will provide a series of suggestions that will allow visitors to enjoy a unique stay in Porto.
Booking restaurants, shows and museums will be an exclusive part of the PALÁCIO FENIZIA.
Visitors can also enjoy free wireless network and copy machine at a minimum charge.

ROOMS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF USE/ Guest House Rules

_We are confident that you will treat the room and its contents carefully.
-All the specific rules for the use of the room and its equipment must be maintained during the booking period.
– Only guests included in the reservation have the right to use the rooms and / or use the services.
-The Responsible for booking (Guest) must provide a copy of their identity card or passport at check-in.
-The Guest will be responsible for their hotel room during their confirmed booking period.
-No sub-letting the room, as well as the loaning of the room to a third party, it is strictly forbidden.
-The well-being of our other guests must be respected.
– Please avoid making noise during the night or early morning. All types of parties, loud music or noise that may disturb other residents is strictly prohibited.
-It is prohibited to light the fireplace by anyone but a member of our staff in the Breakfast/ Day Room/ Meeting room or to carry out any act that involves fire or may cause a fire hazard.
– Smoking is prohibited in rooms or any interior area of PALACIO FENIZIA. Also it is not permitted to walk shirtless, barefoot, in pyjamas or in a bathing suit in public areas.
-Neither the PALÁCIO FENIZIA nor the building owner can be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage that occurs during the period of the room rental, including personal injury or damage caused by fire, theft or criminal behaviour.
-When confirming your room, the customer is assumed to be aware of the rules of PALÁCIO FENIZIA. If one of these rules are not respected, the PALÁCIO FENIZIA reserves the right to ask the tenant and their guests to leave the hotel, forfeiting the right to any compensation or claim.
